In the slums, people suffer from easily treated health issues. Ashirvad Kanti visits impoverished families in the slums to provide medication like antibiotic wound cream, over-the-counter pain medication, and vitamins. Staff are also able to refer more significant health issues to the local hospital.

Walking through congested streets and muddy walkways to bring the gospel to slum communities, Ashirvad Kanti shines light into some of India's darkest places. Ashirvad children's home hosts kids from neglect/abuse situations and families affected by HIV as full-time residents. Over the years, many of these children come to faith and remain involved in their local church.
Children in the community benefit from Ashirvad's educational and spiritual care, starting their journey in preschool and completing their education at high school graduation. Through long-term evangelism and discipleship, kids hear and see the gospel lived out by ministry workers. Some youth enroll in university after finishing their years with Ashirvad Kanti.
