KNOC is a ministry under Grace Baptist Church in Kisumu, Kenya that supports high school education and post-graduation planning for orphans and impoverished children. Its mission is to promote quality education and provide spiritual nurturing so these young people can serve the Lord in their churches, vocations, and all of life.

KNOC provides school fees, vocational training, and career guidance to children from poor families and orphanages. Many of these students come from homes of pastors in the local Reformed Baptist network. The ministry's goal is to see them complete their high school education and transition successfully into the workforce or further studies.

Beyond just meeting physical needs, KNOC also focuses on the spiritual development of their students. It organizes retreats and conferences where the gospel is faithfully preached, and many have come to saving faith in Christ through these events.
