Ministry Partner: Morning Light
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Morning Light shares the gospel and meets the tangible needs of impoverished women and children. Morning Light provides education for children and brings health services to the needy, serving 243 widows, single mothers, and orphans in the slums outside of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Tutoring classes for impoverished children and women's support groups are key services provided. Along with these activities, the beneficiaries receive need-based support as short-term or one-time gifts.
Morning Light holds a two-month summer camp for children with games, sports, and biblical truth each summer. Students can also participate in a new five-day program which combines sports with Bible teaching.
